Hairova Return & Refund Policy

At Hairova, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used haircare products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
